Ingredients

5 - Snickers Candy Bars (or 9 fun-sized Snickers)

½ pack Jello Cheesecake Instant Pudding

½ block of cream cheese

½ cup milk

4 oz Cool Whip

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 - Granny Smith Apples, chopped

1 ½ cup pecans, chopped

¼ cup caramel
Directions
To make cheesecake pudding
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding, cream cheese and milk, until set. Add in vanilla extract. Fold in cool whip carefully.
To make salad
Start chopping your apples, snickers and pecans into desired bite sizes. Once chopped, sit aside at least ¼ cup worth of apples, snickers and pecans for final topping of dish. Toss remaining ingredients in cheesecake mixture and began to fold it in.
Once incorporated, add to desired serving dish and top with final ingredients that were set aside. Drizzle caramel to top off. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours before eating. Enjoy!
